SHIPPING POLICY

We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

We’re happy to offer FREE standard shipping to customers in Canada—no minimum purchase required.

We also ship to US & Europe! Shipping fees and delivery times for International orders vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in their original condition for hygiene reasons.

To start a return, simply contact us at sales@smartswimsuits.ca with your order number. We'll guide you through the process. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email us at sales@smartswimsuits.ca and we'll be happy to help you with the next steps.
